Tides Family Services’ Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) provide Rhode Island families with rapid, on‑the‑ground crisis intervention and holistic support. Available 24/7, MRSS teams of master’s‑level clinicians, behavioral assistants, and peer support specialists step into homes and communities to stabilize acute situations, assess underlying needs, and connect families to lasting resources .

The intent is to prevent a child from going to Hasbro Children’s Hospital or Bradley Hospital and instead use this service.”
